Nextiva is the deskphone system used at Granite State College. You can use the Nextiva Portal to access many of the features available on your deskphone such as voice mail and call forwarding.
To access the portal you would use your username (firstname.lastname example:john.doe) not your email address and then enter your system password. If you have not set your password or do not remember what it is, use the forgot password link with your GSC email address, john.doe@granite.edu, to get a password reset link.
Successful login will log you into your phone portal where you can change your view your voicemail status and access phone features.
Additionally, there is an app for Windows and Mac users that will allow you to virtually access your deskphone and allow you to make calls through your deskphone number.
