Access Your Distribution Lists in Outlook on the Web
- Select the Cog Icon at the top right of you Outlook on the Web Profile
- Click View all Outlook settings at the bottom of the pane
- On the left of the screen select General
- Select the Distribution Groups label
- Groups owned by you will appear on the right side, while groups you belong to are located on the left

Modify the Members of a Distribution List
- Under the "distribution groups I own", open the Distribution List that you would like to edit (double click it or select it and click the pencil icon to edit)
- Select the membership tab
- To add members click the plus (+)
- Use the "Search People" feature to find a recipient to add as a member
- Double click their name or click the plus(+) next to their name (you can add multiple users at once)
- Hit Save in the top left
- To remove a member, select their name and click the Subtract Icon
When you are finished editing the Distribution List, click Save
If you are receiving an error updating a distribution list try clearing the cache by starting to type the address in and then clicking the x next to the name.
