How to Access and Manage Distribution Lists

Access Your Distribution Lists in Outlook on the Web

  1. Select the Cog Icon at the top right of you Outlook on the Web Profile
  2. Click View all Outlook settings at the bottom of the pane
  3. On the left of the screen select General
  4. Select the Distribution Groups label
  5. Groups owned by you will appear on the right side, while groups you belong to are located on the left

Modify the Members of a Distribution List

  1. Under the "distribution groups I own", open the Distribution List that you would like to edit (double click it or select it and click the pencil icon to edit)
  2. Select the membership tab
  • To add members click the plus (+)
    • Use the "Search People" feature to find a recipient to add as a member
    • Double click their name or click the plus(+) next to their name (you can add multiple users at once)
    • Hit Save in the top left
  • To remove a member, select their name and click the Subtract Icon

When you are finished editing the Distribution List, click Save

If you are receiving an error updating a distribution list try clearing the cache by starting to type the address in and then clicking the x next to the name.
