Access Another Users Calendar for Outlook Desktop App

For Windows

  1. Open the Calendar section of Outlook by clicking the calendar icon

  2. Right click "My Calendars"

  3. Choose "Add Calendar" 

  4. Select "From Address Book."

  5. Use the Address Book to find the person with the calendar you wish to open

  6. Click OK

For Mac

  1. Open the Calendar section of Outlook by clicking the calendar icon

  2. In the Home section at the top of the client, select Open Shared Calendar

  3. Type a name or email to start searching for a calendar

  4. Select the person and click Open
