TeamDynamix: How Do I Update the Status of My Project?

Project Status needs to be updated at least monthly.

  1. Go into Applications Menu and click on Projects / Workspaces.
  2. In left-hand navigation bar, click on Manage Projects/Workspaces.
  3. Click on the Status link for the project you wish to update.
  4. Select status from New Status drop down.
  5. Update Percent Complete and add Comments. ​​​​​​​The Comments should be detailed enough to be useful. We recommend the following format:
    • Brief, executive-level summary of project status.
    • Recent Accomplishments:
      • High-level list of accomplishments, generally 3-5 items.
    • Issues:
      • List issues of highest concern or impact, including information on actions taken and whether they have been successfully mitigated.
    • Upcoming Milestones:
      • A list of 3-5 major activities which are next to be completed.
  6. Save.

Note: If you scroll to the bottom of the update project status window, you will see your most recent prior update.
