These instructions are provided to assist you in logging into OneDrive after migration to the USNH Unified M365 environment.

If your OneDrive app is not accepting your credentials, you can clear all of your saved settings and Reset the OneDrive app on your Mac.
Note: This does not impact any files you have stored in OneDrive.
- Quit the OneDrive app on your Mac:
- Click the ‘Cloud’ OneDrive icon in the Menu bar of your Mac.
- Click the ‘Help & Settings’ Gear Icon.
- Click ‘Quit OneDrive’. You’ll receive a pop-up, click ‘Quit OneDrive’.

- Open the Applications folder on your Mac and locate the ResetOneDriveAppStandalone.command file:
- On the Mac menu bar, select GO > Applications
- Locate the OneDrive.app file, and right click (control-click)
- Choose ‘Show Package Contents’ from the pop out menu
- Expand the Contents folder, select Resources
- Expand the Resources subfolder
- Select, and double click to run the ResetOneDriveAppStandalone.command file

- Login to OneDrive using your institutional Email Address.

Pool and Secondary accounts :
- This same process applies to Pool or Secondary accounts.
- Pool/ Secondary Account owner must log into office.com in a preferred browser
- To add a Pool/Secondary account as a collaborator use the full email address for the account
