These instructions are provided to assist you in configuring your Windows Outlook Email client to receive your USNH institutional emails using Office 365 after migration to the USNH Unified M365 environment.

Configuration
Before setting up institutional email on your Windows client, please ensure that your computer is connected to the Internet (and/or registered on your campus wireless or connected to Mobile Data).
In the Windows search box located in the lower-left corner of your screen, type Account.

Select Email & accounts.
Choose Access work or school.
Select any campus based account: (“Plymouth”, "UNH" "Keene") etc. and select “disconnect”. DO NOT disconnect any campus “AD domain” if that is present.

Create your new profile in Outlook
In the Windows search box in the lower-left corner of your screen, type Control Panel.

When the Control Panel launches, enter Mail in Search box the upper right corner.

Click Mail.

Click on Show Profiles.

Click Add to add your Outlook profile.

Enter “New Email Profile” or something different from Outlook for new profile name.

Click OK.
Enter <your institutional email address> and your institutional password twice.
*Enter your institutional Email Address:

Click Next.

Click Finish.

Enter your campus institutional username (not email address) and password. Click the thin green button on bottom to continue.
Set the new profile name as the default.

Click OK.
