How to Configure Event Task Email Alerts in Trax

Why is this important to me?

From an event record, you can select to receive email alerts as reminders of tasks to complete for the event.

Step 1: Open an event record.

Note: Refer to the How to Search for an Event in Trax to help open an event record.

Step 2: Click Configure email alerts in the Explorer bar.

Step 3: Select Send me an alert for task reminders checkbox to receive email alerts.

Note: The email address defaults to the user. Change if necessary.

Step 4: Click the Save button.
