How to Edit Payment Method Information for a Pledge in Trax

Why is this important to me?

You can edit payment information for a pledge. For example, if a constituent did not select to process payments automatically for a pledge, but later decides to do so, you can configure the automatic payment.

Step 1: Open pledge record.

Note: Refer to the How to Search for a Revenue Transaction in Trax document to help open a pledge record.

Step 2: Click Edit on the Payment information action bar.

Step 3: Enter information in the Edit payment method details window.

Note: Click the Pay automatically by checkbox to make the payment automatic

Step 4: Click the Save button.
