Task: This article explains how to enable Acclaim by Credly in your canvas course. Credly can be used for digital badges. A digital badge (Micro credential) is an electronic representation of a skill, achievement, or experience.
Instructions:
Enabling Credly:
- Log in to your canvas course
- Scroll down to SETTINGS
- Click on NAVIGATION
- Scroll down to CREDLY
- Click on the vertical ellipsis to the right and select ENABLE
- Click SAVE
Resources:
While Credly is open and available for the university to use, you must have an account issued in order to access. Additionally, badges have to be created by the Acclaim by Credly administration. Click here to submit an access or badge creation request.
