Canvas: Embedding OneDrive Files in a Canvas Course

Instructions:

To embed OneDrive files in a Canvas course, follow these steps:

1. Locate the rich context editor (RCE) and use the dropdown caret to select the Office 365 tool.
   
   
    
2. When the pop-up window appears, navigate to the file you wish to link in the course. Check the box next to the file name(s) and click on the Attach File button. The file will be linked inside the RCE and accessible when saved.

Users can expect to understand how to embed a OneDrive file in a Canvas course.
