Avaya How to Reset Your Voicemail Password

Task: To rest your voicemail password 

You need to connect to the VPN (Pulse Secure) for it to work properly. 

Go to the following url to reset your password:

https://voicemail.usnh.edu

Select Password Reset (email must already be associated with voicemail account)

  1. Enter your Campus email address.
  2. Check appropriate radio button.
    1. Reset Voicemail Password (numerical, used from phone)
    2. Reset UC Application Password (alpha-numerical, used from computer)
  3. Type in characters seen in image.
  4. Check email for link to reset the password.
