Kaltura: Downloading and Installing Kaltura Capture

Instructions:

Downloading or Locating Kaltura Capture

1. To access Kaltura Capture, visit Canvas via your Campus' mycourses URL: 

• mycourses.plymouth.edu, mycourses.unh.edu, mycourses.keene.edu or mycourses.granite.edu 

1. Click on My Media in the global navigation bar on the left-hand side of your screen. Alternatively, you can visit your Campus' MediaSpace page at:

• media.unh.edu, mediaspace.plymouth.edu, mediaspace.granite.edu or mediaspace.keene.edu. 

1. Click the Add New button, then click Kaltura Capture
2. Click to download the software for Windows/Mac
3. Follow prompts for installation

*If you receive an "Access Denied" message, or a black or blank screen, first try a different browser. If you still experience issues, please contact your campus' Help Desk for support.

Outcome:

Users can expect knowledge of where to Download Kaltura Capture and guide you to resources for basic use.
