OneDrive: Accessing/Logging in to OneDrive

All Active GSC, KSC, PSU and UNH Staff, Faculty, and Students have access to OneDrive. These accounts are created automatically when you are enrolled or hired.

 

Task: To sign in and access OneDrive on a desktop or laptop computer.

 

Instructions:

Step 1 - Open a web browser.

Recommended browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.

Step 2 - Navigate to https://office.com/signin

Step 3 - Enter your institutional email address or choose your email from the displayed list.

Step 4 - On the second log-in screen, enter your institutional username and password.

Pool/ Secondary Account owner must log into office.com in a preferred browser

To add a Pool/Secondary account as a collaborator use the full email address for the account

Step 5 - When you reach the Office landing page, click on the waffle/grid above the apps icons on the left-hand navigation menu, then select the OneDrive icon (a blue cloud).

 

Outcome: You are signed into OneDrive for your school account.

 

Task: To sign in and access OneDrive on a mobile device.

You can also access OneDrive on any mobile device. The app is available for Android, iOS and Windows mobile devices.

 

Instructions:

Step 1 -  Download the OneDrive app from your mobile device.

Step 2 - Tap on the OneDrive app.

Step 3 - Enter your institutional email address, and then your username and password.

 

Outcome: You are signed into OneDrive for your school account.
