Recover Deleted Items

If you have accidentally deleted important items, such as mail, contacts, calendar items or a public folder/public folder items, then you may be able to recover them by using tools within Outlook on the Web.

Restore from Deleted Items

  1. Open your Deleted Items folder in the left-hand sidebar.

  2. If the emails are in your Deleted Items, you can drag and drop them into your Inbox or select them and hit the Restore button along the top toolbar.

If the items do not appear in your Deleted Items, there is still a chance that the items are recoverable.

  1. Within the Deleted Items folder click Recover items deleted from this folder.

  2. The Recoverable Items screen will generate, within which you have the option to Recover a selected item. Highlight the item you want to recover and click the Restore button.
