Access Public Folders in Outlook on the Web

  1. Log into Exchange Online at
  2. In Exchange Online, right click Folders located beneath the New Email button.
  3. Select Add Public Folder to Favorites.

  4. Navigate to the Public Folder you wish to add
  5. Once selected, click the Add to Favorites button on the top of the flyout
  6.  The Public Folder will now be listed in Favorites.
