Where can I learn more about navigating the Web PhoneManager interface in AVST voicemail?

Most users will not be able to retrieve messages using this interface, as they are stored in an external message store in O365 or Exchange. Other features require additional licensing and have been disabled. Callouts are restricted to extensions only.
