When I enabled Speech-to-text transcriptions in my AVST Group Account, I am getting two emails for each message. Why?

The message without transcriptions is delivered to a specified list of email addresses.  The transcription is delivered to a 3rd-Party for transcription and then forwarded to a single UNH email address. These independent delivery methods may both be active. Contact Telecom to learn how to manage these settings.
