This document guides Safeware protection plan holders through using the Safeware online portal to service their computers.


Safeware Claims & Repairs

Before You Begin

Before submitting a claim, Safeware recommends checking your device’s manufacturer warranty to be familiar with all available repair options.

Report a Claim

  1. Go to: http://www.safeware.com/Solution-Center
  2. Start by selecting "continue" under "Report a Claim"
  3. Find your Plan by filling out the Plan Lookup form.
  4. [Important] Ensure your current shipping address is on file before submitting your claim.
    • This address will be used when returning your device.
    • Shipping labels are reliant on the data entered at the time the claim is initiated.
    • Your plan may list your home address or an old address. To avoid sending your device to the wrong place, update your address before you submit your claim.
  5. [Important] Ensure your current phone number and email address are on file so the service can reach you.
  6. Continue by following the on screen instructions.

Waiting for Claim Approval

Once the claim is submitted, all requests are processed in the order in which they are received.

Monitor your email. Further instructions and information will be sent to you.
