Outlook: Adding your USNH Email Account to your Android Device

If you are using the a built in mail app please see Set up your account built-in Mail app on your mobile device

For iOS

Note: The Outlook app is available for free in the iOS App Store

1. Open Outlook for iOS
2. Click Get Started or open Settings, go to Add Account, and then Add Email Account
3. Enter your username@yourcampus.edu (for example: username@keene.edu, username@unh.edu, username@granite.edu, username@plymouth.edu, etc.) and password associated with your email account. You may add a description if desired.
4. Click Next

   

5. Enter your password to authenticate your account

   

6. Click Sign in
7. If you need to manually enter the server address it is outlook.office365.com

For Android

Note: The Outlook app is available for free from the Google Play Store

1. Download and Open the Outlook for Android app
2. Tap Get Started if it's your first time. Otherwise, open the Menu and tap Settings > Add Account > Add Email Account

    

3. Enter your username@yourcampus.edu (for example: username@keene.edu, username@unh.edu, username@granite.edu, username@plymouth.edu, etc.), then tap Continue

   Note: If you're asked to choose your provider, you'll have to set up your Exchange manually or set up an IMAP. If you need to manually enter the server address it is outlook.office365.com

   

4. Enter your email account password and tap Sign in or Next

   

5. If 2-step verification is enabled, verify yourself using the method you set up

   

6. Tap Activate. Outlook may also request permission to access your calendar, contacts, etc. Tap Yes or Allow.
