SharePoint: Accessing/Logging in to SharePoint

All Active GSC, KSC, PSU and UNH Staff, Faculty, and Students have access to SharePoint. These accounts are created automatically when you are enrolled or hired.

Task: To access and sign in to SharePoint on a desktop or laptop computer



Step 1 - Open a web browser.

Recommended browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.

Step 2 - Navigate to

Step 3 - Enter your institutional email address or choose your email from the displayed list.

Step 4 - On the second log-in screen, enter your institutional username and password.

Students Faculty and Staff Pool and Secondary accounts

This same process applies to Pool or Secondary accounts.

Pool/ Secondary Account owner must log into in a preferred browser

To add a Pool/Secondary account as a collaborator use the full email address for the account


Step 5 - When you reach the Office landing page, click on the waffle/grid above the apps icons on the left-hand navigation menu, then select the SharePoint icon.


Outcome: You are signed into SharePoint for your school account.
