NOTE:  Withdrawing email content DOES NOT cancel the previously scheduled send.  The scheduled send will use the original content. i.e. If the user updates the content after a send has been scheduled, they will need to cancel the send, and reschedule with the new updated content.

NOTE:  Emails that have been selected to be sent "Immediately" can not be cancelled or Recalled

1.  Once an email has been scheduled to be sent inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) it goes into a "Scheduled" status and is pending to be sent.

2.  From the Overview page, use the "Pending" tab on the right side of the page to locate the email that has been scheduled.

3.  Click on the name of the email and open it

4.  Once open, the user can choose to Cancel Send from here which will remove the send from happening.

5.  Click OK to the dialog

6.  SFMC will provide the user with a confirmation
