Teaching Evaluations - Important Dates

This article lists the important dates for teaching evaluations for the current term. This information includes the start of the process (data review) to when the report is issued.

Content

Course evaluations for the Spring 2021 semester will follow the schedule listed below. The new dates are published within the first few weeks of each semester.

Important dates: Data Integrity Gateway [DIG] Dates

Spring 2021 Term:

  • March DIG: 2/8 – 2/12
  •     Durham/Manchester End of Term DIG: 4/5 – 4/16

  •     Law End of Term DIG: 3/29 – 4/9

 
 

Evaluation schedule 

The start date for the evaluations for end of regular term courses will be based off the course end date. Standard evaluations will run from two weeks before the course end date (as listed in Banner) to the day before finals begin. Online course evaluations will be available to students 7 days before course end date and run 3 days after course ends. For short duration courses, typical of summer and January terms, a modified evaluation schedule may be set by Teaching and Learning Technologies.

  • Durham/Manchester end of term courses ending in May will be evaluated from April 28th – May 13th
  • Law School courses will be evaluated:  April 19th – May 14th
  • Online and short term courses will continue to run 7 days before to 3 days after course end date
  • Course Evaluation Reports are anticipated to be released the first week of June.
