TeamDynamix: After Creating a Ticket and Selecting Save, why do I have to Enter Time?

TeamDynamix does not require users to enter time when creating a ticket. The green Save button should not be selected after creating a ticket unless you choose to add Time. Your options are:

 

  1. Close the window as the ticket automatically saves.
  2. Select Create another incident link
  3. Select View the incident you just created link.
