How to set Automatic Replies in Outlook Desktop App

  1. Click the File tab in the top left of Outlook
  2. Click Automatic Replies (Out of Office)Automatic reply button
  3. In the menu that pops up, select Send Automatic Replies
  4. You can set a time that you want automatic messages to be sent
  5. Then type in in the textbox below what message you would like to send via Automatic Reply
