WebI: column headers on some reports became very tall

Question:
The column headers are very tall on a report, causing the report to generate many more pages than it should. Why is this happening?

tall column header in table in webi 4.1

Answer:
This occurs if any of the table header columns has been shrunk to hide display of results and also has "Autofit Height" & "Wrap" formatting applied. The column headers need to be modified with the following steps: right-click the header cell; choose Format Cell; in the General section uncheck "Autofit height to content" and set the minimum height to 0.04 and in the alignment section, uncheck "Wrap text". Click OK to save the changes.
