The Technology Help Desk Client Portal empowers faculty, staff, and students with the ability to search for answers and find solutions to common technology issues in a time-efficient manner.
This portal also allows users to electronically submit IT requests, track progress, provide feedback, and withdraw requests.
Once an online service request is submitted, it will be automatically routed to the appropriate technician who will immediately be notified and can begin working on the request!
